Registro y depósitos
El registro para ofertar es gratuito. Puede que se le solicite hacer un depósito reembolsable para ofertar. Tenga en cuenta que debe presentar una identificación con fotografía cuando se registre en el patio de subastas (por ej., la licencia de conducir o el pasaporte).
Todas las subastas son sin reserva
Los artículos se venderán al mejor postor el día de la subasta, sin ofertas mínimas ni precios de reserva. No se les permite a los propietarios ofertar sobre los artículos que estan poniendo a la venta. Las ofertas son irrevocables, y todas las ventas tienen carácter definitivo. Si usted es el mayor postor cuando el subastador anuncia que se ha vendido un artículo, entonces usted es el nuevo propietario del bien.
Todo se vende "donde está y como está"
Le recomendamos visitar el patio de la subasta para inspeccionar los artículos que desea comprar antes de ofertar el día de la subasta. Puede, asimismo, enviar a alguien al patio para hacer la inspección en su nombre.

Pago y Liberación
Las compras deben pagarse en su totalidad dentro de los siete (7) días posteriores al término de la subasta.Los compradores no pueden retirar sus compras del patio de subasta, hasta que la factura se haya pagado en su totalidad.En caso de que Ritchie Bros. no pueda poner a disposición o entregar el título perfecto de un artículo, el comprador tiene derecho al reembolso total del precio de compra.

Title and Registration Certificates
Items purchased that require a Title or Registration Certificate must be paid for by certified check on the day of the auction; all Titles and Registration Certificates will be mailed to the purchaser ten (10) banking days after payment is received.
Notices to Foreign Buyers
Purchases in the United States are payable in U.S. funds. Some equipment may require modifications to meet import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker for more information prior to bidding.
Notice To Vehicle Buyers
Some of the vehicles listed will be sold pursuant to vehicle code 24007.5, subsection (a) paragraph (2), and are available to licensed dealers and dismantlers only. "NO COOLING OFF": California law does not provide for a cooling-off or other cancellation period for vehicle lease or purchasing contracts. However, California law does require a seller to offer a two-day contract cancellation option on used vehicles with a purchase price of less than US$40,000, subject to certain statutory conditions. This contract cancellation option requirement does not apply to the sale of a motorcycle or an off-highway motor vehicle subject to identification under California law. See the vehicle contract cancellation option agreement for details.
Notice to all buyers purchasing titled items (including motor vehicle dealers)
A $65 documentation fee will be charged on each titled item purchased. All buyers purchasing titled items must speak to a Ritchie Bros. representative at the auction site to complete all government-required paperwork.Residents of California: Sales of titled items are taxable at the rate applicable to the address where you reside.Non-residents: Sales of titled items are taxable to non-resident buyers at the point-of-sale tax rate.
Combined Disclosure of Applicability for Truck and Bus, Off-Road, and PERP
When operated in California, any on-road heavy-duty diesel vehicle, alternative-diesel vehicle, off-road diesel vehicle, or portable diesel engine may be subject to the California Air Resources Board's Regulation to Reduce Particulate Matter and Criteria Pollutant Emissions from In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles, In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation, or Airborne Toxic Control Measure For Diesel Particulate Matter From Portable Engines Rated At 50 Horsepower And Greater. It therefore could be subject to retrofit, exhaust retrofit, or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants. Heavy-Duty (Tractor-Trailer) Greenhouse Gas Regulation
A heavy-duty tractor and 53-foot-or-longer box-type trailer operated in California may be subject to the California Air Resources Board Heavy-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Measure. These vehicles may be required to use low-rolling resistance tires and meet aerodynamic equipment requirements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
