Loading ramp dimensions: 1.2 m – 1.6 m (adjustable) by 3 m wide, maximum weight is 65 tons Notes: No stationary items are to be loaded using the loading ramp. Only Ritchie Bros. approved crane hire companies can work on Ritchie Bros. premises.

Loading / Unloading Policies
Ritchie Bros. is not responsible for loading or unloading equipment or the securing of any loads.
Ritchie Bros. is not responsible for verifying that equipment being transported to/from the auction yard is properly secured or being carried in compliance with applicable transportation laws and regulations.
Ritchie Bros. will not load and/or unload self-propelled equipment under any circumstances.
At its own discretion, Ritchie Bros. may (under the direction of the driver) help load and/or unload stationary equipment from a truck, trailer or container, when a loader or forklift is required.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging the unloading and loading items which exceed the capacity or safe-lifting ability of Ritchie Bros' forklifts and loaders, operating as a single machine
Loading and unloading of equipment is only permitted during daylight hours.
Access to and from the auction yard is only permitted through the truck entrance.

Cada persona ingresa a los sitios de subasta de Ritchie Bros. bajo su propio riesgo. Ritchie Bros. no es responsable de ninguna lesión o daño a la propiedad que ocurra en nuestros sitios de subasta.
Se espera que todas las empresas de transporte que ingresen a nuestros sitios de subasta mantengan las siguientes coberturas de seguro: Responsabilidad General, Compensación para Trabajadores y Carga.
ELa entrada al sitio de subasta, el uso del muelle de carga(s) y la asistencia del personal de Ritchie Bros. ocurrirá por orden de llegada.
Si los artículos se entregarán en un contenedor de envío, llame al sitio de subasta con anticipación para hacer los arreglos apropiados.
Procedimientos de Entrega
Antes de ingresar al patio de subastas, todas las personas deben detenerse en la Oficina del la Subasta y firmar el Formulario de Registro y Liberación.
Ritchie Bros. no proporcionará recibos de entrega; sin embargo, si se requiere confirmación de entrega, Ritchie Bros. puede firmar un conocimiento de embarque para confirmar solo la recepción.
Se debe proporcionar la información de contacto del propietario con el equipo que se entrega.
Las llaves del equipo deben permanecer en la unidad que se está entregando.
Procedimientos de retirada de lotes
El equipo no podrá retirarse del sitio de subasta hasta que el pago se haya completado en su totalidad. Una vez recibido el pago, se proporcionará un QR de liberación en la oficina.
Se debe presentar el QR de liberación antes de cargar y/o retirar cualquier equipo.
Para cualquier equipo que se transporte a un país extranjero, se debe completar una carta de porte (CMR).
El equipo debe retirarse del sitio de la subasta a través de la puerta designada para camiones.
15% Customs deposit and 5% VAT deposit
In order to ensure that the process is as simple and efficient for you as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below:
Exit Entry forms must have Customs export inspection, DP World shipped out stamps and any other stamp(s) if required.
Lots not related to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers should not be included on Customs declaration, Bill of Lading or any other document(s) being processed for items sold by us.
A bill of lading must be completed for any equipment being transported to a foreign country.
Exporter/Shipper/Consignor on all documents should be Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (ME) Limited as per the Delivery Advice and Invoice issued on our letter head.
Consignee and final destination on all export related documents being processed by the buyer or his local agent in Dubai should be as per the address registered by the buyer for the auction which will be showing on the Invoice and Delivery Advice.
Bring all the export related papers to our office to get Customs claim no.
Submit the papers to Customs and get claim acknowledgment receipt showing claimant as Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (ME) Limited.
Submit originals of all the above to our office.
Buyer/Agent should provide all the above papers within 30 days from the date of export declaration. The declaration reference no. as per our delivery advice should be mentioned when processing any Customs declarations from Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers name.
Please Note:
After submitting export proofs and receiving approval from Customs and tax authorities, it can take up to 1 month to process the deposit refund.
Refunds will be made to the person/company who has made the payment (no third parties).
Failing to submit documents as per above will result in forfeiture of deposits.
We require your full company bank account details in order to make the refund payment, or the company`s full name in order to issue a cheque.
