Registration to bid is free of charge, whether you are bidding in person, online or by proxy. You may be required to pay a refundable bid deposit.

Bid Deposits

• Depending on your bidding history, you may be required to place a refundable 25% bid deposit when you register to bid.

• If you have placed a deposit by credit card, the deposit amount will be applied to unpaid invoices immediately after auction. A 2.95% iClosing convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
